RealtyUSA in Fulton will play host to a grand opening, celebrating its new offices and recent acquisition of partners from Integrity Real Estate and Great Lakes Real Estate.

The opening is scheduled from 4-6 p.m. Sept. 13 at its new location, 18 Canalview Mall.

Mayor Ronald Woodward Sr. is expected to be in attendance for the ceremony.

The office of RealtyUSA moved to its new location across the courtyard from its previous location. The move occurred recently due to the expansion of the company.

“What we did was blend offices to make this one as strong as it is today,” said Donna Rausch, office manager of RealtyUSA.
RealtyUSA merged with partners in Integrity Real Estate, which was owned by two women—Linda Thomas Caster and Sandy Farrands.

“That happened a year ago. This past March, we didn’t merge companies because Great Lakes Real Estate is still open, but two of the founding partners of Great Lakes Real Estate came to RealtyUSA.”

Both Integrity Real Estate and Great Lakes Real Estate were small, independently owned companies founded by women, according to Rausch. RealtyUSA is the largest independent real estate company in New York state.

The partners joined together to “have better products, better services,” said Rausch. “It enhances their ability to service clients in the northern suburbs of Fulton, Oswego and Mexico.”

RealtyUSA works with both commercial and residential real estate, according to Rausch, but is primarily a residential company. Clients working with RealtyUSA can look forward to a greater variety of services and support while searching for a new home or looking to sell their current one, Rausch said.
